   6. Acts that introduce or solicit viewing of other websites deemed inappropriate by the Company, or use this service to download files.
   7. Acts that use the information obtained through this service for commercial purposes.
   8. Acts that transmit harmful programs or files that disrupt the normal functioning of computer software and hardware to the Company, other users, or third parties through this service.
   9. Acts that post information or content without legitimate authority on this site.
   10. Acts that obstruct the provision and use of this service by the Company, other users, or third parties.
   11. Acts that access this site through unauthorized means such as hacking, or monitor or replicate all or part of this site.
   12. Other acts that violate the terms of use of the SNS, public order and morals, laws or criminal regulations, or other acts deemed inappropriate by the Company.

3. If a user violates these Terms, the Company may delete the user's postings or restrict the user's access to the service, and the user shall not object to this.

4. If a user violates these Terms or causes tangible or intangible damage to the Company, other users, or third parties in connection with the use of this service, the user shall be responsible for compensation and resolution at their own expense, and shall not burden or inconvenience the Company.

5. The Company does not guarantee or endorse the content of the information provided by users through this service. Therefore, the Company assumes no responsibility for any damage incurred by users as a result of trusting such content.

 

6. The copyright of information posted by users through this service (including rights stipulated in Articles 27 and 28 of the Copyright Act) belongs to Allpair Corporation, and users shall not exercise moral rights of authors regarding this. Users have no right to claim compensation for the attribution and waiver of these rights.

 

7. The Company may change the content of these Terms without the consent of users. In this case, the revised Terms shall take effect when published on the Company's website or by other means, and users shall be subject to the revised Terms thereafter.

8. For disputes arising from the use of this service and these Terms, the Tokyo District Court shall have exclusive jurisdiction for the first instance.
