Terms of Use

These Terms of Use (hereinafter referred to as "these Terms") define the conditions for using the services (hereinafter referred to as "the Services") provided on this EC site by Allpair Corporation (hereinafter referred to as "the Company"). Registered members (hereinafter referred to as "Members") shall use the Services in accordance with these Terms.

 

 Article 1 (Application)
These Terms apply to all relationships related to the use of the Services between Members and the Company.

 Article 2 (Registration for Use)
Registration for use is completed when an applicant applies for registration by the method specified by the Company and the Company approves it. The Company may not approve an application for registration if it determines that the applicant has any of the following reasons, and it is under no obligation to disclose the reasons.

  1. False information was provided during the application for registration.

  2. The applicant has violated these Terms in the past.

  3. Other reasons deemed inappropriate by the Company for registration.

 

 Article 3 (Management of Member ID and Password)
Members are responsible for managing their Member ID and password for the Services. Members must not transfer or lend their Member ID and password to any third party under any circumstances. If a combination of Member ID and password matches the registered information and is logged in, the Company considers it to be used by the Member who registered that Member ID.

Article 4 (Fees and Payment Methods)
Members shall pay the usage fees for the Services, as separately determined and displayed on the Company's website, by the method specified by the Company.

 Article 5 (Prohibited Acts)
Members must not engage in the following acts when using the Services:

  1. Acts that violate laws or public order and morals.

  2. Criminal acts.

  3. Acts that destroy or interfere with the functions of the Company’s servers or networks.

  4. Acts that interfere with the operation of the Company's services.

  5. Collecting or accumulating personal information of other Members.

  6. Impersonating other Members.

  7. Providing benefits directly or indirectly to antisocial forces in connection with the Company's services.

  8. Other acts deemed inappropriate by the Company.

Article 6 (Suspension of Service)
The Company may suspend or interrupt the provision of all or part of the Services without prior notice to Members if it determines any of the following reasons exist:

  1. When performing maintenance or updates on the computer system related to the Services.

  2. When the provision of the Services becomes difficult due to force majeure such as earthquakes, lightning, fires, power outages, or natural disasters.

  3. When computers or communication lines are stopped due to accidents.

  4. Other reasons where the Company deems the provision of the Services difficult.

The Company shall not be liable for any disadvantage or damage suffered by Members or third parties due to the suspension or interruption of the provision of the Services, regardless of the reason.

Article 7 (Restrictions and Deregistration)
The Company may restrict the use of all or part of the Services to Members or deregister Members without prior notice in the following cases:

  1. If a Member violates any provision of these Terms.

  2. If it is found that there are false facts in the registered information.

  3. Other cases where the Company deems the use of the Services inappropriate.

The Company shall not be liable for any damages incurred by Members due to actions taken by the Company under this article.

Article 8 (Disclaimer)
The Company's liability for non-performance of obligations shall be exempted if it is not due to the Company's intentional or gross negligence. The Company shall not be responsible for any transactions, communications, or disputes that arise between Members and other Members or third parties in connection with the Services.

Article 9 (Changes to Service Content)
The Company may change the content of the Services or discontinue the provision of the Services without notifying Members, and shall not be liable for any damages incurred by Members due to these changes.

Article 10 (Changes to Terms)
The Company may change these Terms at any time without notifying Members if it deems necessary.

Article 11 (Notices and Communications)
Notices or communications between Members and the Company shall be made by the method specified by the Company.

Article 12 (Prohibition of Transfer of Rights and Obligations)
Members may not transfer or pledge their contractual status or rights or obligations under these Terms to any third party without prior written consent from the Company.

Article 13 (Governing Law and Jurisdiction)
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Japan. Any disputes arising in connection with the Services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the court having jurisdiction over the location of the Company's headquarters.
